Therapy that makes space for the whole of you.

You may be here because something in your life no longer feels the way you want it to. Maybe you’re navigating a transition, struggling in your relationships, carrying expectations that feel heavier than they used to, or beginning to recognize patterns you don’t want to keep repeating.

Therapy can be a place to understand where those patterns came from, make sense of what you’re carrying, and decide what you want to take with you moving forward—and what you’re ready to leave behind.

Individual therapy for adults in California.

Therapy may be helpful if…

You don’t need to fit neatly into a diagnosis or have one specific problem to deserve support. You may simply know that something feels stuck, heavy, or ready to change.

Identity & Life Transitions

You’re adjusting to a new season of life or questioning who you are within it. This may include motherhood, career changes, grief and loss, shifting relationships, or trying to understand yourself outside of the roles you’ve always carried.

Family & Generational Patterns

You love your family while also recognizing patterns you don’t want to repeat. You may be navigating cultural or family expectations, guilt, boundaries, intergenerational trauma, or the tension between honoring where you come from and choosing differently for yourself.

Relationships & Emotional Well-Being

You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from holding everything together. Therapy can help you understand your emotions and relationship patterns while building healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people you care about.

Other concerns I commonly support include: anxiety & stress · grief & loss · self-esteem · boundaries · family conflict · relationship concerns · cultural identity · major life changes

What therapy can look like

Therapy with me isn’t about telling you what to do or giving you a list of things to “fix.” We’ll get curious about what’s underneath the patterns you’re noticing—where they came from, how they may have helped you at one point, and whether they still fit the life you want now.

Depending on what brings you in, our work may include exploring family and relationship patterns, strengthening boundaries, processing difficult experiences, making space for grief or change, and developing new ways of responding to yourself and others.

There is no one-size-fits-all roadmap. We’ll shape our work around you, your goals, your experiences, and what feels most meaningful to explore.
